Weeks 10, 11 and 12 of Creating and Kindness

Here we are at the end of March already! I’m so glad we are moving towards spring with warmer temps and longer days. To be honest the last few months have been difficult for me and even though I have kept up on my create and kindness project my heart has not been 100% committed it. Some weeks it felt like a chore and if I had not committed publicly to this project I probably would of quit. But that was the whole point of this blog, to keep me on track even when it was not easy, even when I didn’t feel like it . The good news is that I’m finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m feeling inspired and enthusiastic about this project again!
Week 10
My create project this week was finishing up some sewing projects that have been sitting around waiting to be finished for months now.
My act of kindness was meatless meals. I have to admit it’s not much of a stretch for me since I’m not much of a meat eater but none the less whenever we don’t eat meat is it an act of kindness.
Week 11
For my act of kindness this week I cleaned out my closest and donated a bunch of clothes to charity.
For my project create I spend some time photographing fog.

Week 12
For my act of kindness this week I reached out to a random nonprofit organization and offered my photography services for free.
My create project this month was the start of a willow branch frame for a project I’m working on with some friends. We recently submitted a proposal for Art on the Trail and were selected! It will be installed on the trail at the end of April and open for your enjoyment in May. More info on that to come soon!
